Sunrise guided breathing session at top of Stone Mountain - free

Sunrise is at 7:11 am. Lets hike up at 6:15 or join us on top! We'll begin guided breathing sessions around 7:00. Beautiful and healthy way to welcome the day! Don't forget, there is a fee to enter the park or you need an annual pass. That rock can be slippery so event will be cancelled if wet.
