Where the Wim Hof Method is a powerful, specific breathing technique that provides a lifetime of physical and mental health, the Oxygen Advantage teaches the most healthy and efficient way to breathe, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

There are two powerful pillars to the Oxygen Advantage - functional breathing training and simulation of high-altitude training for enhanced athletic performance.

With correct functional breathing, you will reduce breathlessness, improve oxygen delivery to your cells, help dilate your cardiovascular system, improve core strength, increase energy, and sleep better.By simulating high altitude training, you will delay lactic acid and fatigue, increase repeated sprint ability, prevent gassing out too soon, stimulate anaerobic glycolysis and learn to push your limits even further.I offer one-on-one training, group classes, and work with sports teams looking to gain a competitive advantage.

This 2-hour introductory workshop focuses on the core pillars of the Wim Hof Method, breathwork and mindset, in a safe, approachable, and practical format.

You’ll learn how controlled breathing and intentional mindset work together to improve energy, stress resilience, focus, emotional regulation and reduce inflammation. This class is fully accessible and does not include cold exposure.

This expanded workshop includes everything from the 2-hour Fundamentals class, plus guided cold exposure. Breathwork prepares your body and mind, while the cold becomes a powerful teacher, showing you how to stay calm, present, and in control under stress.

Cold exposure is always optional, encouraged at your own pace, and fully guided.

I can structure the Fundamentals course around your company's needs by scheduling a full Wim Hof Method Fundamentals class on Friday afternoons, weekends or at customized times. In addition, I can schedule shorter-duration group classes that meet for 4 – 5 consecutive weeks, depending on the length of each class. For all classes, the optimum number of participants would be 15 – 20.
